I want to:
Drop out of school.
Do a deadend job for a year.
Save some money.
Enough to buy a return ticket to Cuba.
Move to Cuba.
And live off the land there.
When I get tired of that, I'll just fly back. And pick up right where I left off.
Why don't I have the courage to do that?

that's pretty much what i did. and it was the greatest time of my life.
sounds like a plan. but i thought you liked psych? zee and i were gonna end the summer off by packing our backpacks, heading to the airport and getting last minute tickets and just, going wherever the plane takes us. we would find out our destination when we got to the airport, basically, cuz when you buy last minute tix, they're dirt dirt cheap, like you could fly to europe with a hundred bucks or so.
so yeah. power to the people, down with debilitating societal expectations. why do some parents find it more important that their kids learn their algebra and geometry, but leave teaching vital survival skills like swimming and cooking your own food as secondaries? i don't really know whether that sentence makes sense, but yeah, i'll stop my rant now.
